Forza online competitions:
If you enter any competitions we offer on our site, we will ask you to enter certain personal information so we can notify you if necessary. If a prize is offered through a third party we may need to disclose information to the relevant third party in order to facilitate the distribution of any prizes.

Forza online surveys:

Survey results will only be used to improve the Forza car hire experience for our customers and not for any other purpose.

Accessing Camera from Forza CE (Driver) APP:
Used for permissions that are associated with accessing camera or picking the images from the device.We will access camera of driver’s device to capture and attach the picture while updating toll/parking charges receipts.

Accessing Storage from Forza CE (Driver) APP:
Used for permissions that are associated with accessing storage for read and write Images.We will access the driver’s device storage to get toll/parking charges receipt images from the device and attach from the Trip History.

Accessing Location permission from Forza CE (Driver) APP:
Used for permissions that are associated with accessing user location.

Merchant business' return and cancellation policy must be made available to customers on website and they have to agree to its terms during the Payment process. Customers have to click on an "Accept" or "Agree" for return and cancellation button before submitting their payment information. Then, once the Payment has been submitted, policy can be sent to customers with the order confirmation email.

Currently the Bill is settled or paid after the services are rendered and hence cancellation policy does not apply.
In case of no-show, minimum charges under the basic slab will be charged

In case of any discrepancy in billing which involves refund, the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take minimum of 3-4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card amount or to bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.

Rates are calculated on basis on distance and time of usage. We have limited Inventory hence prices can change without prior notice. In order to avoid non-availability of a car of your choice we recommend you to book with us immediately. Corporates will have their own individual rates applicable to them as per the agreed terms. Service taxes and surcharges will be applicable on all rates. Tolls and parking fee will be against actuals.

For single time individual users the bill of the travel would be settled at the end of the trip. If the guest wishes to pay by credit card then he can do the same by communicating the details to our reservations office. In case of cash payment of INR 25000/- or above, the Pan card copy of the client is required. As per the RBI guideline, maximum 3 transactions per credit card per day are allowed. Corporates who have signed up with Forza can make a booking through reservations office and settlement of bills will either be in a fortnightly or monthly cycle.

After confirmation of services, if the guest wishes to change travel arrangements in any way, for example your chosen departure date or vehicle type, we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible.

It shall be solely the responsibility of the guest to hold valid travel documents and statutory clearances, to enable you to travel such as passports, visas, insurance and medical insurance certificates and other statutory certificates including immigration clearance.

We are only travel and transportation service providers and at no time do we act as managers for your respective responsibilities and personal obligations. We are therefore not responsible for your acts, misdemeanour, omissions and neither are we responsible for managing any of your personal affairs; for example, we are not responsible for ensuring the safety of your personal belongings, travel documents, etc. at any time.
